Fees
Member fees apply to PAAV members who have paid their 2009 dues.
Current members must pay their 2009 dues when registering on-line.

Guest Fee
Includes all breakfasts & coffee breaks. Your guest’s
name badge is their ticket to these events, so please note guest/spouse
name(s) on your registration form where indicated. Additional
fees will apply for social events.
Confirmation
All registration confirmation receipts are sent via email. A
valid email address is required. If you do not receive confirmation
from the PAAV Administrative Office within five days of
a faxed or mailed registration form, please call 603-643-2325
or email the Conference Registrar at paav@sover.net
Refunds
The PAAV Administrative Office must receive notice of your cancellation
on or before December 19, 2008 to ensure a refund. No refunds
will be given thereafter for any reason. There is a 10% administrative
charge for all refunds.
Children
To ensure a proper setting for learning, children are not permitted
in the meeting room. Childcare services are available through
The Equinox. Please call 1-800-362-4747 to make advance arrangements.
Ski Tickets
Discount tickets will be available at Stratton and Bromley Mountain.
